We want you to love your sole muse pieces—but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. 


Change‑of‑Mind Returns

Eligibility Window: Let us know within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return Shipping: Customer covers the cost of sending it back.

Refund Type:  Store credit only (no refunds to the original payment method) 

How to Start:

  1. Email hello@solemuse.com with your order number and “Change of Mind” in the subject.
  2. We’ll send you a return-authorisation and instructions.
  3. Pack up and ship—once we inspect and approve, we’ll issue your store credit.

* For returns in the form of product exchange, please follow the above steps and use the store credits to repurchase products wanted. 


Faulty Items

Every piece is cleaned and quality‑checked before it leaves our studio. We want every piece to arrive safely and beautifully. If anything isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it 💫

Your Remedy Choices: Repair, replacement, or full refund (including original shipping costs).

How to Return

  3. Pack your piece securely in its original pouch or box.
  4. Drop it off at your chosen post point.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and to issue your store credit or refund. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.


Earrings - Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Our 6 months Limited Warranty gives you extra peace of mind 


Warranty Period

Your pieces are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.


What’s Covered

Within this 6 months window, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any Sole Muse piece that:

Has a manufacturing defect (e.g. broken clasp, loose stones, structural failure)

Shows plating or finish issues not caused by normal wear (e.g. peeling or flaking under typical use)

Arrives damaged in transit

 

What’s Not Covered

To keep things clear, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear & tear (minor scratches, gradual finish fading)

Exposure beyond our care guidelines (e.g. heavy impact, chemicals)

Improper storage or cleaning methods

Unauthorized alterations or repairs by third parties
