1. What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment. If you haven’t received an update after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@solemuse.com.au.
2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@solemuse.com.au. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to Australia. If you are located outside of these regions, please stay tuned as we plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future!
